DRONE RACING 2.0
Drone Racing 2.0 is my second attempt at designing the stadium of the future. The concept for the stadium lies in the interaction between the spectators and the quadcopters. Features were designed into the space to allow for maximum exposure to the racing. Reactive air gates act as a guide for the spectators. It shows a constant path of light for the viewers to follow. A fence is used to separate the crowd and the race course. This layout allows for maximum view ability while creating pockets of tension.

is an environmental advertising module for Virgin Galactic. The project brief was to come up with a way to effectively promote space tourism. The delivery method is to project content onto a lens shaped screen. These modules will be placed at specific locations inside of San Francisco International Airport.
These lenses are setup in the main building next to the check in counters.
These steel spheres are existing features inside of the airport. We plan on utilizing them to display Virgin Galactic farewell signs.
More lenses are place in the concourse on the way to the boarding gates.

Drone Racing League is a theoretical stadium for the emergent sport of drone racing. The concept for the stadium lies in the interaction between the spectators and the quadcopters. Features were designed into the space to allow for maximum exposure to the racing. The entire stadium is covered in a net to protect the spectators. The form language from the netting also suggest this motion in flight that derives from the sport itself.
This is the view as spectators approach the stadium. The flowing form language is there to suggest the excitement of drone racing.
This space is setup for the audience to catch all of the action.
The venue is setup with enclosed paths that people can wander through and explore the different activities.
This is a view from the top of the tower. It's the best place to catch the vertical drag racing.
is a flagship store for the Oakley brand. The shop is inspired by the waves of the oceans and the slopes of the mountains. The aesthetic is kept in line with Oakley's industrial vibe. Colors are chosen to instill a clean and fresh vibe throughout the store. The main draw to this flagship store is the experience customers get with Oakley's custom VR goggles. Shoppers will get the goggles at the entrance of the store and virtually guided through the shopping experience.
